Qtlizer


Qtlizer annotates lists of common small variants and genes in human with associated changes in gene expression using the, to-date, most comprehensive database of published quantitative trait loci (QTLs).

Please, see the help section for more details on how to use Qtlizer, data sources and use cases. For larger queries we recommend to use our R package which is available in the Bioconductor repository or on Github. Alternatively, you can also use our REST API directly.
